How do I book?

Please book by using our online booking platform. If you would like to book a Children’s Party Package, Christmas Party or any large bookings of over 10 please submit a booking enquiry form. Add details of the booking request and our team will aim to be in touch within 24 hours to process your booking.

How do I submit an enquiry?

Use the form on our contact page to submit a query about a new booking/general enquiry or an existing booking.  A team member will be in touch as soon as possible.

How long does a game of bowling take?

We allow 10 minutes per-person, per-game. Therefore, 1 game for 2 guests is allocated a 20-minute time  slot. 2 games for 2 guests would be allocated a 40-minute time slot, etc. This is calculated based on averages, and we can accommodate you if you require more time.  

Timings can vary when more than one lane is required, please refer to the chart below for larger bookings:

How many people can I go bowling with?

It is a maximum of 6 people per lane. You can still book larger groups online and adjacent multiple lanes will be allocated to your booking. We have  a maximum of 10 lanes with a total capacity of 60 people at one time. Larger groups can be accommodated but would need to be split into groups. 

How many games of bowling can we play?

You can Book for either 1, 2 or 3 games of bowling. If more is needed, please complete an enquiry form  and we can accommodate you. 

When do I need to arrive for my bowling booking?

We recommend arriving at the bowling counter to check in for your session approximately 5 minutes before your start time. There will be a 10-minute grace period if you are running late for your bowling booking. Please check you have read the terms and conditions for missed bookings when completing our booking process.

Where is the bowling alley located?

Soul Bowl is situated above Pleasureland Arcade on the promenade.

Where can I park?

You can park in our car park located behind the bowling alley, this is shared with Jump Rush and known as the festival market car park. Please ensure you type your vehicle registration into the tablet at reception as soon as you arrive to redeem 3 hours of free parking. 

What time does Soul Bowl open/close?

You can bowl from 9am until late on weekdays and weekends. 

Are you open on bank holidays?

Yes! We are open for bank holidays. However, we are always closed for Christmas Day. 

How much is it to bowl?

Please check online using our booking platform for the most recent prices. 

Can I bowl in my own shoes?

Yes, we prefer everyone (adults and children) to bowl in their own shoes, as long as they are flat-soled, closed-toe shoes. However, you can use our bowling shoes at no additional cost if you would prefer. 

How old do you have to be to bowl?

There are no age restrictions, although we suggest that given the weight of bowling balls, the minimum age for a child to bowl is four. Under 4s are welcome, however, we recommend sharing turns with an adult. There is no upper age limit, and we love to see all ages coming together to have great fun on the lanes. Under 18s are also only allowed in our premises after 7pm with a responsible adult/parent or legal guardian.

How do I report a complaint following my experience at Soul Bowl?

We hope that you would never need to, however in the instance that you would like to give feedback following  a visit with us please email admin@Jetltd.co.uk and a team member will aim to respond to you within 24  hours. 

What age is classed as junior for bowling?

The junior age range is from 0-16 years old. However, the price is the same for adults and children, this is requested when booking online for VAT purposes. 

Is Soul Bowl dog friendly?

We can welcome clearly demonstrated service and guide dogs only. 

Do you have to pay to watch other people bowl?

If for whatever reason you decide not to bowl, you are welcome to watch your family and friends bowl from  the side-lines without having to pay.

How do I cancel or amend a booking?

To cancel or amend a booking please complete an enquiry form. There are no rights of refund or exchange, and you acknowledge that the cancellation rights contained in the Consumer Protection  (contracts regulations 2014) do not apply to the services we offer. We will however move your booking to a future date free of charge for you, if you contact us to do so within 48 hours of your booking. 

Can I buy gift vouchers?

Yes, we have vouchers available to purchase to a set value. This must be purchased from reception on site, we currently cannot provide E-Vouchers. 

Do you offer a concession rate?

Yes, we offer concession rates. We have off-peak priced tickets Monday to Thursday before 5pm. We also offer concession rates for disabled individuals and carers, please see the FAQ dedicated to this. 

What is your disability policy?

People of all abilities are welcome. During peak sessions we offer concession prices for both the individual with a disability and their carer. During off-peak sessions disabled individuals will receive concession price and carers can bowl free of charge. Please bring evidence of carer status to redeem. Please submit an enquiry form when booking for this, as it is not currently an option on our booking platform. 

What discounts do you offer?

We offer a 10 percent discount for students and blue light card holders. This does not apply to packages or in addition to any other offers. Please submit an enquiry form to book when wanting to apply discounts. Relevant ID will need to be shown upon check in. 

I have received a parking fine, but I was a genuine customer, what should I do?

We will need to investigate this for you, please email parking@jetltd.co.uk with the details of your booking  with us and attach any relevant information such as the vehicle registration the fine was issued to. We aim to get back to you within 24 hours.
